I don't usually leave a review like this, but I was actually very disappointed in this business, Ive been getting my haircut from this place for almost 10 months. Very good barbers in this business. Which is a shame for how the managers and the owner runs it. 3 different occasions. I called to see what time they closed and all three times the door was locked when I got there and they turned me away with no explanation. When there is a shop full of barbers after I was assured over the phone that they we're and still would be open. One of the phone calls I specifically asked the woman. Are you sure that you will be open? Not once ,but twice and she guaranteed me on the phone. That they would be open and as soon as I got there, the door was locked once again. She would not open or give me an explanation. She just ignored me like I was nobody. The manager of this business is clueless and obviously doesn't know how to run or manage a business. She just has great barbers that that's what keeps this place afloat. Because otherwise this place would be nothing, the way she operates it. I could have went somewhere else or schedule an appointment or sought out another barber or barbershop.If she would have just been honest with me on the phone from the beginning. I've brought a lot of people to this place and spent a lot of money and I tip very well every time because i'm appreciative of the great talent ,and haircuts that these barbers produce. Honestly it's sad because all she and the other lady had to do was be honest over the phone and I wouldn't be going through this nor leaving a review.

First of all it was 20.00 dollars for a layers hair cut she was nice she only spoke Spanish but it's mainly men but that's ok I came in and they took me in love it and everyone speaks Spanish.i will come again ok one more thing she listened to me how I wanted my hair ?♀️ ✂️ and I show her pictures on my phone
