I conveniently booked an appointment through the website for Ombre Powder Brows/semi permanent application. Alexis was very pleasant with great energy. She explained every step of the process for clarity. I am still in the healing process and am confident that the finished results will be as amazing as the customer service was. This was my first experience With permanent makeup. Alexis was very informing during the consultation. She explained the procedure step-by-step and Upon my arrival, I felt very welcomed. Alexis took the time to reiterate the things that were discussed during the consultation. She did several check ins with me to ensure that I was comfortable during the procedure. She was very delicate and detailed with her work. I am well pleased with my brows and have received many compliments based on the shape, style, and color that goes perfectly with my skin tone.
