I couldn’t find anyone willing or able to service my Onan QD6000 generator. I’d had several RV repair providers look at it — most said they’d get back to me and never did, or they simply didn’t have the know-how to handle this particular model.
Then I contacted Qualls RV Service. Tom asked a few questions, requested some pictures, and quickly agreed to take on the job. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and he did a fantastic job getting my generator serviced and running perfectly.

Tom Quall is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He solved our RV problem by phone… which is no easy task. We were broken down in the cold with no functioning power source and he walked us through to a solution. He was truly the answer to our prayers.

This was a great experience. Tom is honest, helpful, didn’t try to upsell, was upfront about his prices, and did excellent work. I had several issues I had him work on, mainly refrigerator and water pump. All of it was done in a timely manner and of the highest quality. There was no mess left behind. I would definitely recommend Qualls RV for any RV work.
