I have been a customer with J&J exterminators for the past 4 months. This company is accommodating, honest and above board. Beginning with the customer service department the first day I phoned them they were just so friendly. The young lady took the time to answer all of my questions. I signed up for the quarterly plan and I am so glad I did. I am a widow whose funds are limited so J&J is the best company for people like me. Today Nic arrived to take care of my pest control needs. David came out personally and went over step by step what he did and where. It was more detailed than I have ever experienced with a pest control company. He has a real passion for what he does and it shows in his quality of work. He answered all of my questions and did not move on until he knew I felt confident in the explanation.
