Mr Roy came and checked on my new air conditioner unit outside because it is making a loud grinding sound and after checking it out inside and outside he discovered that it was the compressor going out on it. He was very efficient and courteous and explained to me that the new compressor would be ordered today and should come in in a few days to be installed.
