Brenda provided excellent customer service and precise instructions for using my CPAP machine. My wife told me that I have not snored in 3 weeks since using the machine. She is happy.

I called Beaumont APRIA on Friday - a week after the doctor ordered an oxygen unit for my husband who is suffering with interstitial lung disease - to see the status of his order. It appeared our insurance changed and the order had to be modified. APRIA sent the proper form back to the doctor’s office - understanding that my husband was in great need especially with the weekend upon us.
Brenda was very compassionate and was going to make sure we could get help before the end of the day. By 4:00, a truck pulled up and delivered an oxygen unit. It made such a big impact to give my husband relief and less anxiety in his struggle to breathe.

They reached out in a timely manner to get me set up with my equipment. Brenda was very professional and listened to my concerns. She had another agent call me in regard to my choices and they too were very professional, and concerned in what I was requesting.
