Garrett Woods was very knowledgeable of his job. He got my AC running in less than 5 minutes. Very professional. Educated me on the problem. Checked the whole unit out. We had the misfortune of our outdoor unit going out during this heat wave. When the techs came to install the new one they could not have been nicer or more professional. Unfortunately I didn’t get both men’s names, but Gabe and his colleague worked hard to get us up and running before we had to endure another night of misery. Gabe spent some time with us going over pros and cons of various thermostats that we had questions about and was extremely cordial, even though I’m sure he was more than ready to head home and begin his evening.Service: A/C system maintenance
