I went in here the day before (Saturday) showed them a picture of a style I wanted and was quoted a price. I said ok. I’m from Houston but I’m here in Beaumont for work. I work from 7pm to 5:30 am every day. I asked if they were open on Sunday and what time they open. The lady told me they open at 7am on Sunday. I got off work at 5:30 am. I went and took a shower and made it to the braid shop at 7am. There was a lady there. I guess she couldn’t do the style I wanted so she told me to have a seat. Ok cool, about 7:30 I asked her what time were the other braiders coming? She said they were coming. I kept falling asleep in my seat because I’ve been at work all night and still have to go back this evening. Finally at 8:30 I just got up and left. I’m surprised they have customers doing this kind of business. I’ll just drive back to Houston to get my hair braided and better respect of peoples time. Shame on them!

Ms.Bassey's cousin Joy is the best I arrived at 130 and was walking at 7 for small knotless no pain, didnt braid my edges and you can use Afterpay as well!!!

They didn’t retwist my hair right my hair looked better before they touched it mind you I been there before and it was done right ever body work there is not professional and o went to another shop where I was told it wasn’t done correctly today I booked a appointment at locks&fades she said it wasn’t done correctly and I have to pay to get them retwisted when I texted her a ghost just took my money she was like your hair wasn’t done right when they the ones who start them then Said 400 dollars to fix them I recommend locks & fades

Even if u make appointment u will Not be seen at that time. They schedule several people for the same appointment, be ready to fight. If you make it to a chair just say bye bye edges. They will rip and pull ur hair, all kids will b n pain and cry. I cringed watching a child get her hair done. They very Rude, Arrogant and disrespectful. Spend your money where u r valued and ur hair is cared for properly.
