Let’s just start with Shawn is an excellent barber! I randomly dropped in his shop after experiencing horrible customer service from another barber, my son was left with a plug in his head, went to Shawn (he made it clear he only sees booked clients, which I respect) but he was also compassionate enough to see that I was truly hurt and my son really needed his hair fixed. He went over and beyond and got my son together! Very happy and appreciative! True definition of superb customer service.
