This is the best emergency center that I ever been to and trust me I’m real picky I will definitely make the 40/50 mile drive here again if I have to come again.Doctor Antwi was great explain everything and has a great doctor patient relations. Nurse Debbie was awesome made us feel comfortable and knows her stuff. Radiology Tech Sharonique was the best with her great smile and knowledge and making us feel like we at home she will definitely be one of the main reason w e will return even tho it’s distant from where we live. Always a pleasant and professional experience….. the staff is courteous and professional making sure that I was comfortable and kept my informed of my situation throughout the process…. I won’t go anywhere else!!
My dad and I came in today after a car accident, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming. Dealing with medical concerns on top of everything that comes with a car accident can be really stressful, but the staff made the entire experience so much easier.
The receptionist was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, and both the nurse and radiology tech were wonderful. Going to the ER can be intimidating, especially after an accident, but they made me feel comfortable, cared for, and reassured throughout the visit.
