I patronized this salon for a year (March 2022-March 2023). Bebe is the nail tech that I utilized. Initially, her service was spot on. I went every two weeks. Always the same services. Refill powder nails (same color) and shellac on toes. Nothing extravagant. Gradually the service went downhill. I am an appointment kind of girl. I would make an appointment and she would have me waiting an hour. Why make an appointment and be handled as a walk-in? If true appointments are not accepted, please communicate this. Plenty of shops take walk-ins only.She knew the exact powder color and nail shape I wanted before I walked in. The nails started to look clumpy and uneven. I would ask to her to fix a nail that she agreed she messed up, but would have major attitude. She would even purposely alter the perfect nails to match the "ugly" nail. The customer service became horrible. I still paid and tipped very well; no more. I work too hard for my money and there are too many other professional nail salons on Garth Rd.PS...The older lady in the shop is such a sweetheart and treats her customers with respect.Services: Sculpted nails

I've been all around the globe to get mani/pedis and this is the first time I've been so 'WOW'd' that I left a 50% tip! It all started when I came in later in the evening, around 6:30 and they close at 7:30 however, they willingly let me have a mani/pedi. I'd hoped I wasn't going to keep them late, but they gave me THE MOST EXCELLENT service I've had. The gentleman was just that -gentle and paid extreme attention to detail, but he was still rather swift. -Perfect! Then they put me in the wonderful massage chair that spawned an instant relaxing rest of my evening... better than most. So now, I've got the pedicure happening while the manicurist finishes the last touches. They worked well in tandem as a team, taking care not to mess up the polish on my nails. Almost spontaneously, the gentleman finished with my gel polish and handed it off to the lady as soon as she was finished caring for each of my toes. Let me not skip how wonderfully she took care on this pedicure. This gracious lady did more to each toe than I've ever seen. On top of that, I got a tremendous warm stone massage. My experience was one of the best and albeit I live out of state, I'll be back to see them upon my return. Thank you!

1 star because of the unprofessional way BB treated a client who had an appointment! Made to wait 40 minutes then did a terrible/fast job with no apologies.

I don’t like the fact that they have one top gel coat ONLY as some products do NEED to be used with THEIR brand of top coat. I wasn’t aware of this before I finished my nails, & they did look a little thicker then I normally get. I think it’s because she started in the middle and pushed the polish back, with all 3 coats. Anyways, I’ve had worse so I didn’t make a stink, I just know gel IS usually a bit more shiny when I’ve gotten them done in the past I also had to cure them like 4xs at the end, not all together. Just thought I’d leave that info because for me it’s a major deal breaker.
