These people are amazing one in particular is Krystle Moore! She goes above and beyond to get you in the car you want no bs! Changed my entire year! I would say she is the hardest working person in Baytown! Go see her ASAP!
The financing agent went above and beyond to help me. Barbara L. is extraordinary!! She turned a process that can be grueling and time consuming into the most exceptional car buying experience I've ever had! Every business, company, etc NEEDS customer service agents like her! I cannot stop praising her to everyone, she truly made the impossible possible and helped my son and I, something I will never forget and always be grateful for!
The women at Lendmark are absolutely marvelous. Starting with Krystle the branch manager who makes herself available to any questions or concerns that you may have. Estrella who is a fountain of information, Barbara who's always smiling and helped me with my loan. I highly recommend this branch and this company.
