Stella lightened my dark, worn out hair and did a beautiful job!! Jennifer W is also great!! I highly recommend Excellence to all of my friends and will continue to keep up my blonde highlights with Stella! I have been going to Excellence for nearly 5 years and recommend this amazing salon to everyone-their name is a true reflection of their services and overall business.I was even stopped after getting my highlights and asked who did my color and I gave them the name of the salon and also Stella's name. Edit: Ms Santos called me wanted to explain and make things right, I went in today and she was awesome. She had kamryn wash and condition my hair and she almost had me asleep. It was the best wash and condition i have had in awhile wasnt rough or jerking my head around. And I love my hair cut looks and feels great. Ms Santos has a client for life now. Thank you so much.Had appointment at 515 got there at 505 receptionist said she would tell Stella then she left for the day and I sat there till 530 no one came out you know sorry running behind nothing so I left, my first and last time there.
