Overall my experience was very pleasant during my visit at Big Star. I had an appointment with Alex and was able to get down to business the moment I got there. Although I didn’t leave with my intended vehicle I am very pleased with my choice. Alex explained everything to me from start to finish and made me feel comfortable leaving the dealership. Other times I’ve felt taken advantage of when dealing with dealerships but Alex was very attentive and knowledgeable.

10/10 recommend Alex, he was so good to us! My husband and I had been looking for a second vehicle that would still accommodate the whole family and came across a truck posted to their website so we scheduled an appointment to go by and talk with him to see what our options were, Alex and Dexter made it happen for us! Alex went out of his way to greet us at the door, was very professional, and so helpful throughout the whole process. He made it seem so easy. Now thanks to him we are loving our new truck!!
