UPDATE - I recently purchased a new Buick Enclave. First issue was the shark fun antenna on top coming apart. They ordered a new one and got it replaced - looks like new. Second issue, the ceramic coating on all doors was sub par - felt like sandpaper under the finish. Today they completed fixing that issue and it looks and feels right now. I recently purchased a pre-owned truck from this dealership, expecting that buying from a large, reputable dealer would provide some peace of mind. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience.
Shortly after bringing the truck home, I noticed the carpet underneath the floor mats was completely soaked. After investigating, I discovered the A/C drain hose was missing, causing the condensation from the air conditioner to drain directly into the cab instead of outside the vehicle.
