For me it is a pleasant, economical place and where the washing machines leave the clothes very well as well as the dryers, if the place is a little neglected it is not because of the staff but because of the people who go there who leave their clothes up to more than hour in the washing machine or dryers even when they have finished washing and drying and despite the fact that it specifically says that if they have their clothes for too long the clothes will be removed from there and no one will be held responsible, these people get upset and insult the person serving them and both ladies are very friendly but there are also people who are very rude and they are the...read full review

I came here and I had two loads of clothes. One of them was 15 quarters and the other was 11 quarters. I started both just a minute apart but I could tell that the bigger washer wasn’t providing much water because the smaller washer had a lot of water. I went to the lady in charge as soon as I noticed that it was supposed to have more water like the smaller machine. Come to find out, they DON’T HAVE HOT WATER. There are no signs anywhere indicating that! She told me that everyone who goes there knows already.
