Wonderful place in Baytown! Free Pool nights for children every month lately and low impact aerobics for my parents have been a blessing. My son was able to attend affordable price twice a week to DAY HAB there for young adults with disabilities called Opportunity Center. Pick up also affordable!! My parents stopped going because they got a little lazy but they miss it and hope they go back soon because they feel the difference in their body. My mom lost 10 lbs. and joints hurt less when she was going to water aerobics.. I celebrate you all for leaving the house and doing the work it takes to care for your bodies!! Our whole family needs to work on that!! Love this place.

BARC- Thank you for the enhanced quality of life! My husband is a Parkinson’s patient who began aquatic therapy at your Baytown facility this past summer. Your results oriented therapeutic expertise coupled with a few fund raising social activities have provided a fantastic outlet for the increased energy he has gained I’m completely inspired by the dedicated staff and the compassion they show to each person coming in as they assist each person toward optimal gains in their individual battles for continued mobility in the war against Parkinson’s. May 2025 bring more awareness and resources to BARC!?
