Our AC was going out so we called for an appointment with Ainsworth. We used them for maintenace on old unit since buying the home in 2020. Junior gave us an estimate which was very fair and even included a discount for being loyal customers. The installers and Junior were extremely courteous and neat when installing. After struggling with HVAC issues in our home for nearly two years, we finally found the team at Ainsworth, and the difference was night and day.
From the beginning, they were professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. Our master bedroom had never been comfortable, and despite multiple visits from the builder and other attempts to address the problem, the issues were never properly resolved. Had a small power surge and my AC quit cooling. Was not sure if something was wrong or not. Called ainsworth to get my AC system checked out. Logan was here within less than 90 minutes. Professional and informative. Let me know what he was doing and what may have caused the issue. I would use Ainsworth again in the future.
