This was my first time coming in and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and the genuine hospitality. Rosa was my stylist, she is the sweetest and most selfless person there is, she was very informative through the whole process from start to finish. Highly recommended!
If I were going to describe my experience by using just one word it would be, exemplary! My stylists Alyssa is a specialist by every meaning of the word. She truly mastered the skill of customer service. Her professionalism, enthusiasm to her craft and people skills are second to none. I showed her a picture and explained the importance of receiving a hair cut identical to it. When she was done it was in fact perfect. She took the time to get to know me a little and made me feel very comfortable. I felt that she truly appreciated my business. She made great suggestions regarding hair color for men. Her knowledge and skill set shows through her work. I would encourage anyone to visit this salon and ask for Alyssa.
