Craig and his wife Debbie came out on Sunday, yes on a Sunday!, to look at our AC unit in Sargent. Couldn’t find anything wrong with it inside or outside, it started blowing cold air while they were there. They are going to go back by the house on Wednesday to check on it and make sure it’s still working. They did not charge us a dime!! These are upstanding, honest people that have integrity! We will be using them from now on and highly recommend them for your AC/Refrigeration needs!!
Thank you Cactus Comfort Services!

Great service, great people. Replaced our outside unit with new coated unit.
I highly recommend Cactus Cooling! They replaced our AC unit and ductwork, and the entire experience was great from start to finish. Everyone was easy to work with, professional, and very knowledgeable.
Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, and I always felt informed about what was happening. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly values its customers and follows through on what they promise.
Thank you, Cactus Cooling, for making what could have been a stressful project such an easy experience! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone needing AC work! ❄🏡
