Valeria is simply amazing. I went in for a partial balayage after being previously burned and swearing off hair salons for the last several years. I was traumatized. She was beyond patient with me throughout the consultation and hair dyeing process. She even said a hair protection prayer with me beforehand LOL. She did exactly what I asked for and I left the happiest with my hair that I've ever been--like ever! My hair is extremely long, fine, and curly, and Valeria stayed until 12:30, well past closing, to help untangle my hair make sure it turned out amazing. We were there for 7+ hours. 1000/10!! I have been coming here for years and continue to do so because of the care and service I receive here. I came in yesterday with some of the worst back pain and Brandon listened to me and made sure to take good care of me. I woke up today with zero pain. When I go in for my facials, I love a good yap sesh with Huma, but I also leave every session literally glowing. She has taken such good care of my face and recommended the best products. I recommend this spa to anyone who wants a clean facility with friendly staff.

Erin was the esthetician for my wax appointment today and she was wonderful! Thorough, kind, and attentive to detail. I don’t live here, but I would return and request Erin. For an upscale spa, the wax prices were very reasonable in my opinion.
