I was very pleased with the service. I only have carpet in one area of my home: an upstairs bedroom with a carpeted stairway. This was one of my kid’s rooms, and he recently moved away. The carpet was pretty dirty, but it seemed like it was in otherwise good shape so I decided to try to get it cleaned instead of tearing out the carpet and putting in new flooring.
I used the website to set up an appointment for the next day, and the price was reasonable. A coupe of hours after I booked the visit, they called me and asked if I could have someone come that same day instead. I was happy to have same-day service!
Came at the top of their service window, handles all carpeted rooms of the house including closets in an efficient amount of time and got out every stain I showed them (even one I didn’t notice at first!). Thank yall
