Definitely a family business. Very sweet lady that I had. Got a manicure with clear polish only. Knocked off one star for the hand massage. It was great and seemed like it lasted a few minutes on my right hand. Then my left hand only got a massage for a few seconds. :(Note that all the 1 star reviews are from years ago. I have only been there once, but not too bad. Prices are good! They also have a lady that does massages.Service: Manicure

Nails look great but so painful. left bleeding and cuticles all cut up. went because said they could fit both me and my bsf in at same time but took about an hour and a half for both of us and one at a time.

I have to admit, I'm very shocked to see the reviews are so bad because I just randomly walked in this shop tonight desperate to find a good nail tech bc my original lady would not take me. I was greeted by Tom, the owner who was actually getting ready to close up, but he decided to take me without an appointment. I told Tom that I couldn't find anyone who could do a good Ombré, and he pulled out his phone and showed me how he is the MASTER of ombrés! I felt so relieved after seeing his work. He told me his full background and experience in doing nails, and showed me that he was going to make sure that I left happy. I could really see he has a passion for what he does....read full review
