Despite some minor issues, patients have reported a smooth and positive experience with Dr. Hsu.

Dr Hsu always puts me at ease about being at a GI doctor. He’s always treats me with respect, kindness and doesn’t order testing or medication that’s he doesn’t feel is needed. I would and do recommend him to everyone.

The experience was very good once I arrived at the correct location. However, the text message received from the office had an incorrect address link. Clicking on the link took me to the wrong city (Delvalle) instead of the correct destination of Bastrop. This made me very late. The staff was gracious and kind to me in spite of these difficulties.

First time at this facility for this doctor. Friendly and helpful staff. Wait time in room for doctor was more than anticipated. Staff should let patient know doctor may be running behind. Wait time was almost 1/2 hour.
