After stopping by the nearby gas station my car wouldn't start. Noticing a message on the car dashboard about a 'digital key' I walked over to Dickens that was in the next parking lot. The young guy who was at the store at this moment was actually finishing up with a customer ahead of me when I noticed he was actually closed.
After finishing up with the customer, the staff member answered all my questions, and changed the battery for free in my key fab.
