“I was very pleased with the service. I only have carpet in one area of my home: an upstairs bedroom with a carpeted stairway. This was one of my kid’s rooms, and he recently moved away. I used the website to set up an appointment for the next day, and the price was reasonable. A coupe of hours after I booked the visit, they called me and asked if I could have someone come that same day instead. I was happy to have same-day service!
Deandra arrived a little after the scheduled window, but my appointment was squeezed in at the end of the day so any delays at any prior locations likely had an impact, so I understood completely that he was running a bit late. I was still happy that it was still a same-day service.
Deandra used some pretreatment for some of the worst stains, then he started the real cleaning. I think it maybe took around an hour or so to complete the job.
When he was finished, he asked me to take a look and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The carpet and stairs looked great after the cleaning. There was one stain that I was really worried about, and I found out later that night that it was some pure Sonic blue coconut slush syrup that my son spilled. That stain wasn’t completely removed, but it was still reduced to where it isn’t noticeable unless it was pointed out.
Everything about the service was convenient and easy to work with, from the simple booking on the website all the way to the payment. Deandra called me about 20 minutes before he arrived, and the payment invoice when he was finished was sent to my phone and I just used Apple Pay to take care of it.
