Bobby did a great job on the installation. But a year and a half or two later I need service, not an urgent issue. I've been calling for months and never get a return call.I guess I move on to another outfit.

Bobby installed a mini split and a new ac unit about 2 years ago, and was supposed to come back to repair and reroute duct work. One thing after another kept him from getting it done. He keeps saying he's going to come, but doesn't show up, and doesn't return phone calls. We are trying to get our house ready to sell so I have been depending on him to get this done. I am very frustrated. He's a nice guy, and did good work, but 2 years is long enough. I'm going to have to find someone else. He's a friend of a friend, but I'm very disappointed in him.Services: Installation

Bobby was very helpful and able to diagnose our AC problem after testing our capacitor to make sure it was still good, he found that ants had gotten into our switch and were preventing the AC unit outside to turn on. Cleaned them out, put all the pieces back in, and it worked again!
