I had a great experience with U.S. Plumbing and Remodeling. Their customer service was excellent from the start. I called in the morning, and they were able to send someone out to look at the repairs the very same afternoon, which I really appreciated.
Alfredo was very professional and had great communication skills. He made sure all of my questions were answered and clearly explained everything that needed to be done. The two repairmen who came out were also super nice, professional, and very informative. They took the time to explain the repairs and made sure I understood everything.
