They get four stars for working on a Friday evening after 5pm. And coming back when I let them know it was not working again. However I felt like I had to hold the techs hand and make him do his job. The thermostat died - came back on just as the tech pulled up. But he came to the door without tools and just glanced around and said it was fine and left. I called back 10 minutes later when it died again and he came back this time with tools. Said it was a faulty safety valve that he bypassed to make it come on.didn’t offer to replace the safety valve. He suggested we flush the line and replace the safety valve. I’ve used Manny and Goldy at Terioat for 3 different AC repairs. They are the fastest and most reliable AC repair team I know. Very honest and fair pricing. I never felt like I was being over charged. They have always come out to repair within 1-2 days of a phone call. Most other companies won’t even come out to look for a week. That’s just doesn’t work in this Texas heat. Highly recommend. Will be using them again in the future.
