Smart Looks gave me a corrective cut that I received from another salon in Azle. After sitting 6 hours in the chair at the other salon, my short cut was uneven, didn't blend well, and bowl-like on my head. The highlights were not as bright as I wanted. I was told they would brighten over time. A week later, there hasn't been any brightening. Smartlooks fit me into their schedule and corrected my cut. I scheduled a follow-up with Smartlooks in 4 weeks to correct the highlights. Thank you Smartlooks, Azle!
I haven’t been to a salon in years as I often leave disappointed, but my experience today has completely changed my opinion. I came in for an all-over color with highlights and Ashleigh exceeded my expectations. I came in with faded, splotchy blue dye on half my head and left with even color and beautiful highlights. The staff were friendly and seemed to know other patrons well. I will certainly be back again.
Can't say enough good things about these gals! I took my biys in 8 minutes before they closed, to fix what Great Clips messed up, and they stayed late to fix them up! Their cuts look great and they were super sweet and friendly!! I highly recommend them!!
