Palm Primary Care - Azle Parkway provides comprehensive primary care for seniors. The staff is always congenial, helpful, and friendly. Patients find Dr. Shah to be dedicated, thorough, and attentive. She listens to concerns, addresses issues to satisfaction, and provides excellent treatment and care. Dr. Shah has been a primary care provider for many years, with patients appreciating her correct diagnoses, referrals, and quality staff. She takes time to listen, discuss options, and answer all questions, showing a great professional manner and a cheery sense of humor. The office is efficient, with short wait times. Patients highly recommend the practice for its devoted, small-town care.

Dr. Kavita Shah in Azle has been our PCP for 25 years and has ALWAYS been right about her diagnoses, referrals, and her quality staff. We genuinely love her, respect her, and depend on her. She takes the time to listen, discuss options, consider ideas, and answer all questions. Great professional manner & concern at all times, with a cheery sense of humor. It is rare for us to wait longer than 10 minutes after signing in at the lobby. Dr. Shah is devoted to her small-town practice & to her patients.
