Notably, one technician received praise for her detailed hand-painted designs and creative suggestions. Customers enjoy the fun atmosphere, with staff who engage in humor while delivering high-quality nail services, making it a great spot for special occasions. The service is generally professional, with customers being politely greeted and immediately seated for their manicures. Customers are impressed with the level of service, which includes trimming nails, massaging hands and arms. However, there have been some issues reported, such as gel nails popping off and uneven pedicure work. In one instance, a customer was unsatisfied with a technician's rushed service and lack of attention to detail, though the staff were able to rectify the issue.
Love our new sets!!! Lana always is on point with designs and techniques. Never have I left the salon not loving my set!!! Highly recommend booking an appointment with her. I’ve always came in with specific requests and has done a perfect and even better job of the inspo pics.
I always suggest going to this place when people ask about where to get your nails done. I’ve been going for months and have always had an amazing experience and this time my daughter got to experience it herself as well between their amazing customer service and great attention to detail this place always is a 10 out of 10. Absolutely love my vacation nails! See yall in a month!
They got us in immediately and were very nice. The pedicure itself was good. The filing, cuticle care and polish is not good at all and I even reminded them that they did not trim my cuticles on my right foot. The filing and cuticle trim was almost all done with the little drimmel thingy instead of using the proper tools. It was not terribly expensive but they didn’t do good on the simple stuff. I might go back and give them a try again bc they were so accommodating.
