Best dentist office I have ever been to. Very kind people. I had a very major cavity that took quite a while to repair and they kept making sure I was OK and asking if I needed a break or anything like that. I have been back to their office now for a total of four visits and I still think they are the best.
I have extreme dental anxiety and was embarrassed of the condition of my teeth as I had neglected going to the dentist for many years (even called and canceled my first appointment out of fear). Once I mustered up the courage, I immediately felt more comfortable from the moment I met Terri in the office. She was kind, funny, and very understanding. I ended up needing some extensive work, but Dr. Bateman and his team were absolutely wonderful. I was treated with respect and care. The best dentist experience I’ve had by far. I’ve honestly never liked the dentist out of fear of being told I need work done that I don’t need or just having painful experiences with cleanings in the past, but Tonya was great! And Terry at the front dest was the biggest help and so friendly! Highly recommend
