I cannot endorse ZippiVet enough! I am a first time dog owner and have constant questions about diet, how to train them, sicknesses or allergies, the list goes on. Not only are the vets extremely kind and thoughtful, but all of the vet techs I've worked with have gone above and beyond to answer my questions, send resources, and recommend solutions. In the 4 months since I've adopted my puppy, I've had 4-5 in-person visits and even more phone calls and they never make me feel like a nuisance and are always recommending ways to keep myself and my puppy healthy and happy. Absolutely love them! I’ve been going here since I moved back to Austin in 2019 and the only reason I’m leaving is because I’m moving out of the city. Truly a kind, empathetic staff and just so helpful and attentive. They respond quickly to requests and are reasonably priced as well. Truly love this place and highly recommend.

I recently moved to the area and needed a vet for my dog, Carson. Dr. Lacy Ballis was able to see her the same day, which was a huge relief. Dr. Ballis was extremely friendly, personable, and took great care of Carson. It was such a positive experience, and the prices were very fair too. I'm so glad to have found a new vet we can trust. Highly recommend Dr. Ballis for anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets!
