I had a wonderful experience at Za spa! Jessie did my facial and it was amazing - she explained all the products and inspired my home skincare routine!!! Sharika did my massage and it was relaxing and just what I needed.

I was told to be early but I stood at the desk waiting for 10 minutes waiting for someone came. The receptionist did my facial. Something about that took away from luxury experience. The facial was underwhelming. Just felt like a bunch of stuff was out min my face. Share this was amazing. Best massage I have had to date and I frequent spas. I will be back to see her in Feb when I am in town on business.

Wonderful experience at ZaSpa Austin this past weekend! I booked a 60 minute prenatal massage, which was glorious and exactly what I needed as I transition from my 2nd to 3rd trimester. My technician, Sharetha, created a peaceful environment and she was very accommodating and respectful of my needs regarding pressure, scents, etc. Jayde, who helped with my booking, was extremely helpful and prompt in her responses when I had questions before arriving to Austin. Also, more of an aside, the ZaZa hotel is a really cool spot and ZaSpa matches it's unique energy. I definitely recommend booking a treatment here!!
