They arrived on time and worked tirelessly for 9.5 hours to get all my windows installed in one day. They even accommodated my schedule, saving my home office window for last so I could continue working. Their dedication was evident—they worked hard the entire time, and I’m not even sure they took a lunch break! Before leaving, one of the installers walked me through the window features and made sure I understood how to use them to their full benefit. He also left me with information packets, reminded me about the warranty, and ensured I knew what to do if I ever needed assistance.
