Shannon is fantastic. I've heard a lot of horror stories about people getting burned from lasers - never even a close call at Wellsprings. She's a pro, and it also works out beautifully having her in my dermatologist's office. It seems like TMI-zone to describe specific services, yet I can say that every visit brought exactly the results she promised.
