I've been working for almost 2 years and is a very good company. They have a program called "Workation", so, they will pay you for a trip to Miami and I think is Cartagena, but I only went to Miami. They have flexibility in the work schedule, I have enough time to do my job and have enough personal time. The paid is good, so, none complaint. Good perks, good salary and the work culture is good.
