Amazing salon with amazing ARTISTS!! Nora is my go to artist. I consider myself pretty particular when it comes to my hair and she gets it right EVERY SINGLE TIME! She truly takes the time to discuss each step of the process with care and, most importantly, education. Nora always makes sure that I understand everything as it happens. She is very thorough and has an eye for perfection. After almost 10 years of not coloring my hair, I decided to take the risk because of how much I trust her and once again she provided beautiful results. I was a walk-in today, and I'm so lucky Norah was available to trim my hair. I walked in feeling mousey and walked out looking like a babe!
She asked me what I wanted, then repeated it back to me before getting started. The hair washing included a gentle and relaxing scalp and neck massage, and the experience felt so luxurious.
Norah is also an interesting person and great conversationalist.
