In 2018 I had an anterior cervical disc replacement and fusion #5+6.
The surgery was a success but somehow my left vocal cord had become paralyzed. I was devestated. Songs and singing were second nature to me and I suddenly had no voice. No way to join together with others. I could not sing. Whispers were my best form of communication.
