I loved my experience here! In contrast to other braiding shops these ladies were so kind and responsive! They respond right away if you have questions about hair! The BEST PART was Violetta was so gentle doing my hair and kind. I have natural hair and it’s sooo nappy! My scalp was already sensitive and hurt from me combing it out and it was still very tangled seeing as it’s 4c texture. Violetta took her time and parted it so gently never pulling my hair. This is so important to me as I’m so tender headed and hair is so thick and course. I can’t rave enough about how happy I was when I left. My hair only took like 3 1/2 hours!
