The excellent facility offers IV therapy, private sauna and cold plunge rooms, and red light therapy. Visitors love the great experience, noting the super clean and beautiful space. The private suites provide comfort and privacy. The staff are kind, helpful, welcoming, and fun. The location is easy to find with validated parking. Guests enjoy the scenic lounge view and highly recommend it for a mood boost or to slow down and prioritize well-being. It is a highly recommended retreat.
I love sharing about this place to others. They def got it right on the vibe. It’s so stunning inside, and top notch quality is seen all around the facility. The staff is always super friendly. It’s a very relaxed vibe. I love the spacious sauna cold plunge rooms. Great place to add to your day, esp when you need some self care time. They have several great products as well at the front. Def would recommend visiting! And you’re supporting local!
ULU just gets it.
Everything was right on time, the staff was attentive and the space itself is absolutely spotless. The whole vibe is calm and intentional, you can tell a lot of care went into every detail, from the beautifully designed rooms to the curated finds in their lobby shop and even the luxe shower products (note to self: Bathing Culture).
I did the sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy, and it was a transformative 90 minutes. It felt like the perfect Sunday morning treat before heading into a new week. I walked out feeling calm and recharged. Safe to say I’m already planning my next visit.
One of the nicest & definitely the most clean infared saunas I have been to! The staff was super accommodating and very helpful from booking to check out. I wish I lived in Austinto come more frequently.
