Got a haircut (long hair) yesterday from new to this salon Laura. Best cut I've had in several years. She listens, makes sure she knows what you want and pays attention to details. Very talanted, professional and knowledgable. Provided great suggestions to care for my hair and achieve the look and health I want. She's been with Ulta for 5-6 years, but recently moved to Austin. So delighted she is here and hope to return to her for a long time.
I just want to say this review is specifically for the cashier Simey. It was half an hour before closing but she helped me finally change my “duplicate” account name to my real name and not “use this one”. I definitely sounded frustrated (bc of previous corporate experience about this issue) but she took the time to help me out anyways. Thanks Simey!
Took my daughters out for a fun day, and the team at Ulta was amazing! I believe it was the manager, Lewis, and his assistant who went above and beyond helping this dad pick out a few little treats to make his girls feel special. I wish I remembered everyone else’s names because the entire team was kind, welcoming, and genuinely appreciated. Thank you for making our day even better!
