The girl Gabbie is wonderful. I came in yesterday morning and wasn’t exactly sure what would suit me, but she took her time and helped me pick out some great things. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the whole experience. She really made everything so much easier, and I truly appreciate her.
When you go to Ulta, or at least this location, be weary of what you wear (despite what the store commentator will say after posting this review). I dont want more people to needlessly experience the annoyance and offense I did.
I unfortunately chose to wear my casual baggy clothes and a drawstring purse that I did not think to close until after the visit. I ended up being targeted to have an employee monitoring me at every aisle I went. I was trying to sample what products they had that were in the range of what I was looking for because I am the type to not buy $40 beauty products just like that. People are not made of money. I shop here often. I like the selection and they usually have what I want. The travel sizes are perfect for trips and they have so many to choose from. The makeup brands selection is very good.
I have to take off stars for the lack of effort on the staff. There is no greeting, no one asking if you need help when you are clearly looking for something/lost. Could be that I'm in the invisible age range...50's on up and you become invisible even though we have the most disposable income. Not sure why businesses don't train their employees this information. Sometimes I am so frustrated and just leave the store... order online from Nordstrom.
