I had another company come out and tell me I needed to replace my unit. Trusted came out as a second opinion and, low-and-behold, …not necessary. Trusted is now my first and only choice from now on
We have been looking for a trust-worthy HVAC team for our commercial space. We have two old units on the roof of our building. We also needed some diagnostics and help communicating with our landlord about what was causing brown drip spots on our ceiling tiles. Reece with Trusted was amazing. He took pics to help us problem-solve with our landlord. He gave me phone calls after every visit to fully inform me of what was done. We have partnered with them now for regular service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We just got a new AC unit for our house from Trusted Heating and Cooling. The humidity is already down and the air feels cleaner and cooler. Our AC died but we couldn’t get the new units for several days so Trusted Heating and Cooling brought out window units to help us feel more comfortable. James, the owner of many years is amazing. The installers and maintenance guys are super professional and great people.
