I had my car packed with donations and PAINT supplies, had someone hit me , my car would've become an inferno. I drove across town to drop it off but this place wasn't to be found, no signs anywhere. No stars, you've caused me back pain (loading up my car, time and patience
They have charged me in advance for services that they have not given me later. I give them one star because you can't give less. Terrible experience with this company. Very unprofessional. I feel cheated. I do not recommend their services to anyone.
More like truly NOPE. Okay, so these folks seem to be alright at killing bugs and catching mice or whatever. Here is what they will NOT do: - make sure your pets are safe - fix anything they break in your house - use a calendar to keep track of their appointments - show up at the right time - show up on the right *day* We fired them even though they had already given us a refund over how crappy the service has been. Yes, you read that right: even FREE is paying too much for these guys. I'm done. They've shown up anywhere from an entire day early, to a few hours early, to hours late, to days late. This has been going on for many months. We complain, they improve service a bit, but then inevitably it always devolves again into not being able to keep an appointment. How would you feel, realizing that at basically any time on any day, a contractor might surprise knock on your door and want to come in? I don't feel safe, and I want them to know we have cameras. Today, they showed up a full day early and were let in by my very confused roommate, whom they know is not the homeowner or client. They have never had any dealings with him at all. I think if we'd had a child at home who let them in, they would have been fine with that too. Roommate told the Truly Nolen guy that we would like them to call us right then. They did not. Instead, I guess, they did whatever they wanted in our house before leaving at their own leisure. Would give zero stars if possible.
