Very friendly and helpful staff!! Needed my suit for a job interview and they managed to accommodate to have it ready the same day for no extra charge! Definitely will be coming back!!!
Dropped off my suit to be dry cleaned on Monday Feb 26. Supposed to be ready the afternoon of February 27. Went to pick it up on my way to a business meeting in Oklahoma (Morning of Feb 28).. the boiler has been broken since yesterday. Doesn’t Tower have additional locations they could refer or send clothes to in case of equipment issues?
Part 2- I hope I am spelling her name correctly, Aricella ( the young lady who greets customers) went above and beyond to help me. I went back to pick up my clothes to take them with me, she had the workers in the back press my pants and starch my shirts.. Aricelila deserves a raise.. she is awesome..
