I rent my house, and have been in the same house for 12 years. The whole time I've lived here my landlord has used Totally Cool. My unit is very old, and needs some type of service every couple of years it seems. They are always able to send someone over faster than I expect. Every time, they are clean, courteous, professional, AND informative, always making sure I know how to operate a new thermostat, or to keep the drain line clear. Because I rent, I don't know how expensive it is, but since my landlord likes them, I expect he feels like it's a good value. I highly recommend them.
My new go to HVAC company in Austin. Called in the morning and they were at my house by the afternoon. Anthony was very knowledgeable and gave me several tips for preventative maintenance to keep our HVAC running smoothly ourselves. No gimmicks or upselling. Did not solicit a 5-star review or try to get us to sign up for a monthly membership like some of the other big names will. Very honest and reasonable. Shelly on the phone was also incredibly kind.
