    I recently bought a fairly new home (only 2 years old) and decided to change the floors right away. My realtor recommended Total Pro Flooring and connected me with the owner, Chad Tafs Sr. From there, the process was seamless. Chad assigned Simon to come out, take measurements, and show me flooring samples. Simon was absolutely awesome to work with -- always quick to respond to any questions I had and stayed involved through the entire process. Everything moved faster than expected, which was a huge bonus! Their pricing was also better than other quotes I had received, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations.     My wife and I worked with Chad and his team to replace the flooring throughout our entire new construction home (recommended by our realtor Raj Sahoo). This required demolition of tile throughout the first floor, and carpet removal in every bedroom. The job was estimated to take 8 days and started just a few days after we closed around Christmas. Chad was excellent to work with from beginning to end. We did not want shoe molding and he suggested undercutting the baseboards and caulking to give us a very clean look (and to avoid damaging the expensive baseboards we had throughout the home).
