I had Jeff come to do a shower cartridge replacement and under sink water filter installation, and then booked him for the following week to replace my 20 year old water heater. Communication was great. Pricing was up front and reasonable; no extra charges or work “needed” popped up through either visit. He arrived on time for both jobs and quickly and competently completed the work.
After previously dealing with a big home service company that repeatedly tried to upsell me or rescheduled/failed to show, Thunderbird is a refreshing return to real service. I’ll be recommending them to any who ask.

Received 3 separate estimates for a pretty significant home plumbing job and Thunderbird came in with the most fair and reasonable bid. They showed up on time, did quality work, and since I couldn't be there in person sent me photos throughout the process to make sure the work was done as requested. Very professional and friendly 5 ⭐ service.

Thunderbird is still my go to plumber. They are well loved by our neighbors and it's because they are prompt and affordable. We had a lot of issues recently. They fixed our leaking water main and replaced our pressure regulator that was old since the yard was dug up. Then they came back and fixed our tiny leak that made a spot in our master closet. They came out quick and still were very affordable.
