Their phone number and website does not work. Purchased a package groupon today and will be requesting a refund. Seems shady they would even be on Groupon with a false phone number.

They don't even have a working phone number. Very shady. Traded my Groupon in for another salon. FYI I would really get your stuff together as a business if you want to be successful. These reviews are pretty shameful and ridiculous. You lost my business before even having it. Hope for the best.

Similar experience as everyone else. I was able to make an appointment a few months ago, but I actually had to cancel. Recently, with my Groupon coupon expiring, I haven't been able to contact them at all. This place seems REALLY SKETCHY now that there are other reviews will this flaky, no-show business. Even if they are "good" at their services, it's really not worth the trouble of even trying to book an appointment. Somehow, the phone doesn't even ring when I call them... Do they really exist? Is this all a dream? I'm too lazy to actually drive to their location, but if I did, I wonder what I would find... or not find.
