The Recovery Lab and Cryo

My experience at recovery lab was amazing !I really wanted to try cryotherapy and they made this experience smooth. You can listen music and while you are doing your cryotherapy and times flies, I can assure you that you won’t feel cold at all if you focus in the music.They installation itself is clean and well distributed. The infrared sauna is a good experience and helps with stress and muscle inflammation. I will definitely come back again.thank you so much ✌?

I have been here a few times and really enjoy my time with all of the features on hand. The price is very affordable and the environment is super chill. Check out their extra large cryotherapy box you can move around and not feel claustrophobic unlike in other competitors. I always leave feeling relaxed and recharged. Two big thumbs up!

My recovery has improved so much since going to the recovery lab, so greatful to find this place. They offer a variety of recovery modalities and I highly recommend adding them to your training and wellness routines.
